about

Second track off of the 2011 EP Discovery, somewhat of a concept record. Reinvent the Race explores an older generation imploring a younger generation to step up and become the hope for humanity during troubled times. Our music video for this song takes a less serious approach. youtu.be/cXOyzKVd58A

lyrics

Heed my words! Behold son, trials lie ahead. I see storms in a glimpse on your horizon. You shall deliver warmth into the frozen age. Look, we are riding the winds. This is the dark, exhaling ice; the infest of decadence inside. We must assume the worst when human consciousness reverts us to begging like dogs. We must not allow this. Reinvent the race. Listen. If we should see the progress, then light return to the sun; the absence of essence. Enveloped in darkness we will become. I oblige you, my son. Stay the sails with us towards the new dawn. You give us a hope for tides to turn. You give me a cause, I give you my words. Dividing the ice with our tradition.
